Magellan is pleased to report that occupancy has been granted through floor 71 at Aqua. Occupancy is expected through floor 75 the week of January 11th. Dry-wall finishing is on floor 81 (the top!) at this time. 30-day closing notices have been sent to purchasers through floor 70 at this time. Please note that construction updates will be posted every other week due to the fact that construction activity is coming to a close at Aqua in the coming months.

Community Relations Director, Vanessa Casciano will be conducting Aqua Pedway tours to Michigan Avenue on Tuesday, December 15th. Two time have been set at 6:00pm and 6:45pm. Letters to all Aqua Homeowners through floor 69 will be mailed today with more detail on the following:
Over the past few months, Aqua at Lakeshore East LLC has taken the unprecedented step of working to locate financing options for its purchasers. While these actions were not required under the contract, we recognized that our purchasers were in need of assistance and have been using our contacts in the lending industry to identify institutional lenders that may be potential resources to Aqua purchasers.
