Free 1-Hour Training Session:
All Aqua residents are eligible for a free 1-hour kick-off training
session. Topics covered are fitness goals, diet, movement analysis,
and a brief workout and cool down. Find out what the Aqua fitness

Free Fitness Classes :
Classes start Monday, October 11th and meet
in the Fitness Studio on the 2nd Floor.
Variety Bootcamp – Monday at 6:30 a.m. & Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
This is a multi-level class of cardio and strength training
incorporating bodyweight, dumbbell, kettlebell and plyometric
exercise.
Yoga - Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
Yoga- Saturday at 11:00 a.m.
Increase your flexibility and balance while relieving stress and
relaxing.
