Tricia Van Horn
Vice President of Marketing

Tricia Van Horn is the vice president of marketing for Magellan Development Group L.L.C. and NNP Residential L.L.C., an affiliated property management company. Her duties include overseeing marketing, advertising, new business development and public relations efforts for the companies. Previously, Van Horn served as the vice president of sales and marketing for Magellan Development Group orchestrating successful sales programs including Lakeshore East condominiums Aqua, The Chandler and The Regatta.

Van Horn was responsible for the marketing and leasing of high-profile luxury rental communities including the award-winning Aqua, The Tides and The Shoreham at Lakeshore East, Grand Plaza, 180 North Jefferson, Echelon and One Superior Place.  Van Horn's most recent lease-up experience includes the LEX in the South Loop for third-party client ST Residential.   

Previously, Van Horn gained real estate marketing experience with Archstone-Smith, a recognized national leader in apartment investment and operations.

Ms. Van Horn is a licensed real estate salesperson and member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Executive Women of Chicago), the Chicagoland Apartment Association, and the Chicago Association of Realtors® through which she holds an E-Pro designation.   Van Horn graduated with her BA in Communications from the University of Illinois Champaign/Urbana.
