Renee Wersching
Vice President of Property Management

Renee Wersching is the Vice President of Property Management for Magellan Development and also serves as Executive Vice President for NNP Residential, its affiliated property management company. Since 1991, her years of real estate experience include a diverse set of skills in the development, operations, and management of high-rise mixed-use urban projects. Wersching is responsible for the overall management of several thousand condominium and apartment units in Chicago, ensuring that financial and operational goals are met. Wersching actively manages the property site managers and leasing teams as well as the day-to-day operations of the property management group and NNP Residential.

Prior to joining Magellan Development, Wersching served as a corporate accounting professional for Waste Management Industries in internal audit and as Assistant Controller for LFC Capital/Linc Group, a healthcare equipment financing company in Chicago.

A licensed real estate salesperson and a board member of the Chicagoland Apartment Association, Wersching graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and she received her C.P.A. from the State of Illinois in 1986.
