Individually styled custom townhomes overlook the Park at Lakeshore East and offer gracious living spaces. Inspired by the brownstones of earlier generations, each uniquely designed floor plan combines traditional and modern elements. Spacious rooftop terraces and balconies are complemented by a designer finish package and in-home personal elevators.

The collaboration of Loewenberg Architects and The Steinberg Group of San Jose, CA as design consultant, created a blend of brick, stone, wrought iron and copper highlights to create a very pedestrian-friendly façade. A variety of design plans, with a private attached parking garage, provides units ranging in size from 2,400 to 4,000 square feet of elegant living space.

The project combines two buildings into one by using a common garage as a hidden podium above which sit the two buildings separated by a large private terrace. The building had to be designed with access from three street levels. The garage entry is hidden from view and is located on Lower Harbor Dr. The Parkhome units have pedestrian-friendly entries, both off the park and at Upper Harbor Drive.
