This 57 story luxury multi-use facility is situated in Chicago's New East Side at the intersection of North Columbus and East Lake Streets. Residential facilities include a library and business center fashioned in rich decor, a fitness center and spa including an indoor lap pool, whirlpool, steam and sauna, an outdoor terrace and Internet cafe. The grand lobby entrance compliments the residences which feature granite islands, maple cabinetry, luxurious wall-to-wall carpeting and spectacular views of the lake and city from private balconies. Retail facilities include a dry cleaners and Bockwinkel's grocery.

Construction of the project was on a site adjacent to three street levels adding complexity to the project. In addition, abandoned freight tunnels were found on the site. Through coordination with the Board of Underground, the tunnels were cleaned out and filled with grout. The building also includes an extension of the Chicago Pedway system.

The cast-in-place concrete structure features deep foundations with architectural pre-cast panels and granite clad at the base of the building.
