The Shoreham was the first luxury apartment residence in Lakeshore East. These exquisitely appointed residences reflect a cosmopolitan pallet including granite islands, maple cabinetry, tantalizing views from the floor-to-ceiling windows and select units with balconies.

A serene metropolitan oasis, The Shoreham embraces traditions of simplicity and elegance. Winner of 10 CAMME awards from the Chicagoland Apartment Association and capturing the coveted Paragon award from the National Apartment Association, The Shoreham was named the 2007 Apartment Community of the Year. Amenities include a Life Fitness™ fitness facility, business center, game room, sky garden, cafe outdoor pool and spa.

Construction of the project included a new upper-level street built to CDOT standards and later dedicated to the City of Chicago. The street sits above a 4-level public parking garage and was constructed above an existing utility easement. Work on the project required extensive coordination with the Department of Planning, Board of Underground and Department of Buildings as the building was constructed simultaneously with the completion of its surrounding infrastructure.
