• rentBUY™ Program

  Our innovative rent-to-own program is unique to the marketplace and offers attractive incentives to both renters and homeowners. Our renters at Magellan managed properties are automatically enrolled in the program which allocates 25% of their monthly rent toward the purchase of a Magellan condominium. Conversely, flexible lease terms are offered to condominium purchasers that need temporary rental housing.

  Innovators in green roofs, low-E tinted glass, and parks and open space, Magellan has been committed to sustainability for the past two decades. Most recently, Magellan completed 340 on the Park, Chicago’s first residential LEED Silver certified building. Current LEED projects include Aqua and the Village Market at Lakeshore East.
