Our innovative rent-to-own program is unique to the marketplace and offers attractive incentives to both renters and homeowners. Our renters at Magellan managed properties are automatically enrolled in the program which allocates 25% of their monthly rent toward the purchase of a Magellan condominium. Conversely, flexible lease terms are offered to condominium purchasers that need temporary rental housing.
