The building features more than 41,000-square-feet of world-class indoor and outdoor amenities. Interior amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center; lap pool, hot tub, sauna and steam rooms; media and game room; resident lounge, business center, bicycle storage and a private in-building dog run with washing station. The exterior landscaped deck includes a splash pool, hot tub, fire pits, grills and lounge areas.
The tower was designed by Loewenberg Architects, the tower is described as “rising out of the site with sweeping east to west curved faces that minimize the visual impact from the City or the Loring Park sides while offering arresting views from the residences. The tower’s volume is varied by the use of transparent and opaque materials and step- ins or outs creating strong vertical and horizontal lines. A mixture of different colors, textures and use of light will break the base into volumes, visual solids and voids, and transparencies.”
