Leila spearheaded the creation of Magellan Realty L.L.C. in 1999 and today serves as president and managing broker with a sales staff of 12 dedicated professionals. Magellan Realty ranks as one of Chicago’s most successful real estate teams, specializing in the resale product of Magellan Development’s extensive downtown portfolio, but also servicing the entire Chicago area. Since 1999 Leila has registered in excess of $600 million in residential sales. She has captured numerous Platinum and Gold Awards as top producer in Gold Coast, River North, West Loop, and most recently the New East Side (Lakeshore East) areas from the Chicago Association of Realtors. Currently she is concentrating on Lakeshore East, the 28-acre, $ 4 billion award-winning mixed-use neighborhood that has become Chicago’s model urban village.
