Magellan Marketing Group, L.L.C.

  is a full-service marketing and sales division with experienced marketing, sales, and public relations associates in-house.  Specializing in new construction development sales, Magellan Marketing Group leads all sales and marketing campaigns for Magellan developed projects.  Among its most notable accomplishments, Magellan Marketing Group achieved sell-outs in record time in the Lakeshore East community selling over 400 residences per year. 

In addition to managing sales and marketing for Magellan condominiums, Magellan Marketing Group also champions sales programs for other developers in Chicago.  Currently, Magellan Marketing Group is retained by the developers of Columbia Pointe on Chicago’s south side.
