After opening its first location in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood in 2016 to rave reviews from both media and community, Left Coast’s founder and food industry veteran Michael Madden — the former director of food and beverage at Ben Weprin’s AJ Capital Partners — decided to take the concept to another thriving urban enclave.
