Vice President of Architecture & Design
Todd Wendell, vice president of architecture and design for Magellan Development Group, LLC, is responsible for the coordination of projects from predevelopment through close-out working diligently to ensure the Owners’ goals and standards are met. Todd manages each project bringing together responsible team members, including the owner, architect, governmental bodies, consultants, engineers, and contractors to realize that single purpose. Todd’s background includes managing construction documentation for high-rise residential towers; creating architectural construction documents in accordance with local building codes, facilitated the construction permit approval processes, and coordinating on-going communications involving numerous building trades and related project interests.
Prior to joining Loewenberg/Magellan in 2003, Todd held project architectural posts with such prominent Chicago architectural firms as Murphy/Jahn, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP and Ross Barney Architects. He holds Bachelors of Science in Architecture and a Masters in Architecture degrees from the College of Architecture and Planning at Ball State University, and an MBA from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University.
